The Important of Grammar

What does grammar mean? Why should we think about grammar usage in spoken and written?

First, Grammar means the study of structural relationships in language or in a language, sometimes including pronunciation,   meaning and linguistic history. Example, as an English as a second language learner, grammar is very important for me like using tense and pronunciation ( relate and related; need and needed; read and read). Read and read, write the same way, but pronounce  different and one is used in the present tense and another one use in past tense.

Second, according to Forbes magazine business writer Susan Adams, using good grammar is essential in the workplace.Everyone has their own idea, opinion, and different judgmental. Those ideas, opinion, and different judgmental are shown about everyone characteristic. Your activity, speaking and writing are very important of other people judge what level you are! Listening to another person by taking their words can tell, you are a pay attention person. Answering to another person by using good grammar is a good way to indicate how organized and value another person you are.

Third, I won’t hire people who use poor grammar, by Kyle Wiens, who is CEO either iFixit or Dozuki, publish on the day as Adams. He will not hire people with poor grammar. All applicants have to take tests before hiring, except English as a second language learner. Grammar is complicated. To be good at grammar, you have to read a lot of books, spend a lot of time to do exercises, and remember exceptions case. So good at grammar person is a hard working, noticeable and also easily get point to point as well. Using words and written good grammar on the on the internet, social media and communication is very important because your words are your everything. Totally, I pretty much support to their both ideas. Grammar is very important of school and workplace too. Grammar is an environment to all communications.
